And that is why I would choose them over and over for a hybrid pair of headphones. They are made for DJing, mixing, and mastering.
If you are looking for a balanced sound level, then you have got one in the HD25.
The bass is well articulated. I know that most DJs also love a more pronounced lower end, which I found missing in these pieces. I like more punch in the lower frequency to easy benchmarking of my ear.
But that depends on individual users. Some people may want something thinner or just as perfect as these.
Also, they may not have such a decent loudness. I have come across many other louder headphones, and you would hear everything through them very clearly.

Besides, they have a good amount of padding and a strong clamping force that keeps them on your head.
Try sliding one earcup back, and it feels smooth. It settles naturally over the ears without feeling like it would fall from your head. And you will switch them back in the same manner without feeling bad.
In a nutshell, the ear pads are good. Although they can get a bit sweaty, they are still a good pair. Besides, sweating is common in all closed-end headphones.
They are comfortable enough. And since they are lightweight, you can even forget you were wearing them.

The extra cable can be used when you lose the current one.
In terms of sound quality, all three models offer the same level as the HD25 reviewed here. The 6.35 mm stereo cable length assures a smooth sound flow.
So, the main difference is that the HD25 is the oldest and the original model. These other are just some reductions or additions to the general design of the headphones.
Because of this, one model may be a bit higher in price than the rest. It all depends on how much you are willing to invest.
